The winter fogs are rolling in. It is
time for winter stews, Ambar Hill red wine and wood fires.
The pruning is now under way and we have now completed
exclusion fences around our vineyards to keep out deer, pigs
and wallabies that have been causing damage to the vines in
the last couple of years.
We are also pleased to advise the release the 2018
Reserve Chardonnay and the recently bottled 2019 Samuel Bailey
Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet France blend. This
is a vibrant wine with natural tannins and acid to balance the
fruit and allow for many years of enjoyable cellaring.
